Yoga Boga Woga has had a name change to “The Foxlie Plan”.

The purpose of a Terms and Conditions agreement is to prevent misunderstandings between us (Allegra Foxlie who is trading under the name “The Foxlie Plan” and formerly traded under the name “Yoga Boga Woga”.  ), and the client / consumer / participant (you). The agreement covers

Participants SELF-RESPONSIBILITY

It is the responsibility of each participant to keep The Foxlie Plan informed of any injury or barrier to movement. While none of the teachers can be held responsible for any injuries occurred, we can try to minimise risk by adapting certain movements.  You are expected to:

Complete the client consent and contraindications form and email this to support@thefoxlieplan.com.  

Ask for support if they need to learn ways to help themselves through injury or tension from a before or after a class

Speak to your doctor before approving to join classes, if appropriate

Go at a pace that’s right for you, and listen to the body. With TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises by David Berceli) you will hear Allegra repeat, “Go Slow”, “Sit with it” we operate a Go Slow policy when supporting participants in all TRE sessions.  Listen to your body, connect to it and go at your own pace. If you need to take a rest, then do take a rest.  

For any changes in mental health, we encourage you to reach out to the founder (Allegra Foxlie) where she might be able to point you in the right direction of any additional therapeutic support that may benefit you. One-on-One sessions with Allegra are available, all you need to do is book her time.  


Terms and Conditions

We at The Foxlie Plan aim to support you to take back control of your body, emotions and life, through empowering and inspirational services. We aim to achieve this through our Retreats, Workshops and Mini-events as well as our online courses and in-person sessions.   By making bookings or purchasing products, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

 Scope of our Service

By making a booking through us (whether in person, over the phone or on line), you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with us for the delivery of your chosen product or service. From the point at which you make your booking, we have a process in place for ensuring that your appointment or class is secured and with that, comes some commitment from both sides, with policies for cancelations.

 Prices and payment

2.1         The prices are per the current website displaying and are updated each January.

2.2         Payment is received via Paypal or debit/credit card or bank transfer.  We do not store this information and is handled by our external event management program Calendly who abide by the GDPR policies.

3.          Your data (see also The Foxlie Plan GDPR)

3.1             We only collect the information that you provide which is to enable us to manage your appointments with us, with an option to opt out of data or newsletter at any point.

3.2         You agree that we may receive information about you from you or from a professional for the purposes of booking treatments, taking payments from you.

4.        Cancellation Policy:

By making a booking with us you accept and agree to our cancellations, no-show or rearrangement of a class. These can be found below

4.1       Individual courses:

In our experience, in order to get the full benefits of any of our courses, you need to see it through to the end.  

Should you want to cancel the course, prior to the course’s start date, you will be eligible to 100% refund

If you cancel the course once it has started, then you will be eligible to 0% refund   


4.2      Individual sessions:

We understand that unforeseen events occur, but we would appreciate 48 hours’ notice, when cancelling or rescheduling a session. To avoid disruption and lost business we operate a cancellation policy.  Where cancelled in time, you will be able to use your space as a credit for another session.  Instructions will be provided when required.

An appointment can be rescheduled if 48 hours notice or more is given with no loss to the original payment. 

If less than 48 hours notice is given you will lose 50% of the price paid for the session. 

If 24 hours or less notice is given, you will lose 100% of the full payment.

If you have are having to isolate, and are therefore unable to attend an in-person session, then we will provide the session online on either Zoom & Microsoft teams.    

If you have Covid Symptoms and are unable to take part in a session then please provide proof. 

We will show discretion depending upon the reason, but I hope you appreciate that when people give little notice we lose out on providing the service to other paying customers.  

4.3      Corporate Workshops:

Our corporate workshops get booked months in advance, as a result we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice of cancellation.  

Prior to 1 week you will be entitled to reschedule the workshop to a future date within the same year.  

Cancelling a workshop with less than 7 days to go will result in you losing 50% of the workshop fee. 

Cancelling a workshop with less than 48 hours notice will result in you losing 100% of the workshop fee.

5.         Our liability

5.1         Our liability to compensate you for any loss or damage (in the case of loss or damage other than death or personal injury) is limited to a reasonable amount having regard to such factors as whether the damage was due to a negligent act by us or our representatives.

5.2         We will compensate you for any loss or damage if we fail to carry out our duties imposed on us by law (including if we cause your death or personal injury by us or representatives’ negligence) unless that failure is attributable to:

5.2.1       your own fault;

5.2.2      one (or more) of the professionals at the Centre or any of their officers, directors, employees or representatives);

5.2.3      a third party unconnected with the provision of our services to you; and

5.23       events which we could not have foreseen or forestalled even if we had taken all reasonable care.

Public Liability Insurance

Allegra Foxlie has a Professional Liability Insurance with Hiscox. (Policy Number 8039306). The limit of liability is £1,000,000

Retreat Bookings:

Your Travel Arrangements:

All transport costs from home to any of our retreats or workshops are not included in the price. The Foxlie Plan is not responsible for any consequence stemmed by cancellations or delays of any travel company you hire, or any irregularity in the documentation required for the trip. Transportation to and from any workshop or retreat are not included, unless we explicitly specify it.

2. Booking.

(A) Payments are requested as a deposit stipulated by the amount per retreat (between £100-£200)

(B) The Foxlie Plan does not store any data or share personal customer information with third parties

(C) Cancellation charges apply at the point of booking with deposit. The reservation will not be considered effective until we confirm via email that we have received the deposit payment set correctly

(D) There will be 2nd instalment due 3 months before the event and a final payment due 1 month before

(E) If full payment is not received by the date specified on the retreat you are attending, your place may be jeopardised, assuming that you are not attending.  Reading and responding to correspondence is essential

3. Cancellation

(A) When cancelling more than 60 days (2 months) in advance partial deposit may be returned. But we will not be able to refund if we/you are not able to fill your space

– Where we find someone on your behalf to take your room we will refund 50% of your deposit

– Where you find someone to take your place we will refund your deposit

(B) When cancelling with less than 60 days (less than 2 months) you will not receive any refund for your deposit but 100% of additional instalments will be returned if we/you find someone to replace you

(C) When cancelling less than 30 days you will not receive your refund or any instalments paid.  If you are able to get someone to cover your space at this point we will apply 50% refund of your overall payment thus far.

4. Accommodation:

(A) Share a room with a stranger: If you are traveling alone and would like to share a room with another one or more part members to reduce your expenses please let us know and we will endeavour to pair you with another party member. Those that share in a dorm or three to one room will receive a discount per person. Contact us for more information  

In the circumstances where no one comes forward to share a room and where a deposit has been paid on that room, it’s the responsibility of the person to either find a room or forfeit the deposit.  Where we find someone to take your room we will refund 50% of your deposit.  Where you find someone to take your place we will refund 75% of your deposit.

(B) SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: If you want single room please inform us correspondingly when we contact you after booking

( C) Note there are various styles of rooms and allocation will depend venue to venue. Specific rooms cannot be allocated at the time of booking, only a request of single, double or triple (and twin in some venues).  This is to ensure that where we hold retreats in villas – that villas are filled up rather than half empty if there is a smaller group.  In addition, this is to ensure anyone with physical barriers e.g. pregnant, elderly or injured can have the easiest access to the yoga studio etc.  Where possible people travelling together can then also be placed in the closest areas to each other, or preferably in same building. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

5. Travel Insurance

(A) It is your responsibility to have travel insurance that covers any activity proposed in the retreat that you book as well as potential losses, cancellations, illness or damage and risks. The Foxlie Plan informs you that you should bring the insurance policy in case of any emergency.

6.1 Your Health

Although our retreats are not high in intensity in yoga, TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise by David Berceli), moving meditation and activities, catering for complete beginners and those with certain ailments, it is of the utmost importance that you follow the below areas referring to your health. It will be only your responsibility to consult a doctor with knowledge of yoga to verify that you are in good health for yoga and other physical activities that The Foxlie Plan book under your request. ( E.g. mountain hiking, horse riding, etc.).

(B) We request that you inform us if you have any health problems before booking your place in our retreat. If you do not inform us about your health problems, The Foxlie Plan holds the right to cancel your reservation and will not refund any compensation. If you have health problems that may be affected by the activities of the retreat, The Foxlie Plan reserves the right to advise not to participate in certain activities, and could be denied participation if we believe there may be a risk for your physical or psychological health.

(C) If you feel any discomfort, pain or injury during any of the activities of the retreat, the activity must stop as soon as possible and you must contact a member of staff at the retreat and The Foxlie Plan. If you continue with the removal activities there are chances of further worsening of the injury, The Foxlie Plan reserves the right to deny your stay and participation in the retreat, without returning the money.

(D) Although The Foxlie Plan take all necessary measures to ensure high standards of health and safety, some of our retreats may be located in rural areas where it is common to have unevenness in the ground, so we are not responsible for injuries suffered as a result.

(E) It shall be the responsibility of women who are between 12 and 28 weeks of gestation, send a letter written by her doctor that says she is fit to travel and is capable of performing the activities we offer. It is better that those pregnant women who wish to attend the yoga retreat have practiced yoga before.  Women who are in their 3rd trimester should not participate in the TRE sessions.

7. Passports, visas and health requirements.

It is the responsibility of all passengers, according to the type of passport you have, check with the consulate where the application for tourist visa is required. Due to visa regulations and health requirements it can change frequently, it is recommended that you check as soon as possible whether the application for tourist visas or health requirements is necessary. The Foxlie Plan is not responsible if you or another passenger is traveling without proper health documentation and the correct passport or visa. In this case you should pay the costs of assistance to solve these problems. In addition you must make full payment of your retreat, without receiving any refund or compensation from The Foxlie Plan.

8. Amendments by The Foxlie Plan:

Sometimes The Foxlie Plan can make some changes (example: class times, yoga teacher or other arrangements). In the case of accommodation change we will do everything possible to offer you a room of similar category. In case of any other major changes, we will inform you as soon as possible, if it is possible before your travel starts.

9. Cancellation by The Foxlie Plan. 

The Foxlie Plan reserves the right to cancel returning the full money to users. We reserve the right to cancel the retreats in all circumstances, in which case we will refund 100% of the money received by each user in a maximum of 15 working days.

10. Our liability to you:

(A) The Foxlie Plan is responsible for ensuring that the retreats we advertised on the website have the same service as the retreat you pay for, and these services offered will be carried out under a standard of reasonable quality.

(B) The Foxlie Plan does not accept any liability for cancellations, threat of war, or delays Changes Caused by war, terrorist actions or Threats industrial action, civil strife, closure of airports, technical problems to transport, natural disaster, staff cancellations, unforeseen Changes in your Circumstances staff or other events beyond our control.

(C) The Foxlie Plan is not responsible for any physical or psychological injury that you may have. You are responsible for the possible risks that you may have during a lesson. We are not responsible for any medical or psychological condition that you can develop during the retreat. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

11. Complaints:

If you have any problem about your yoga retreat, please inform The Foxlie Plan as soon as possible and he will help you to correct the situation. Please understand that The Foxlie Plan is not responsible for the behaviour of individual members of the group or other users that share the room with you.
