This course:

Duration: 2 week course

Time investment: 3 sessions per week

    • Kick off & Final sessions are 2 hours
    • All other sessions are 1 hours
    • 8 hours in total

    • How to set yourself up for a successful uninterrupted night’s sleep

    • Helping you get better uninterrupted sleep
    • Offering a range of helpful tips to Help You Sleep, ensuring these become embedded and habitual
