I am thrilled to be hosting a 3 hour workshop at Optimum Health Coaching January 16th 2022 from 1p.m. to 4p.m. (there will be some mini breaks within this)

- I will also be teaching exercises which activate naturally therapeutic neurogenic tremors in your body which reset your HPA-Axis, regulating your Cortisol levels etc.
My practices, have transformed my Perimenopause, improving sleep, releasing PMT, decreasing restless leg syndrome, decreasing aches and pains, IBS and much more..
- Please wear clothes that give you room to stretch – yoga pants, tracksuit bottoms etc.
- We have yoga mats at the venue, but its always nicer to use your own, so feel free to bring yours
