I’m thrilled to announce I’ve teamed up with Optimum Health Coaching on Bridge Street, to offer you a fantastic 2 hour in-person Workshop on:

  • Stress, Adrenal Fatigue & Burnout
    • Spotting the signs
    • Mitigating the symptoms
    • I will teach you the ground-breaking Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises sending Naturally therapeutic tremors around your body
    • Resetting your HPA-Axis taking you out of “fight / Flight / Freeze” into Rest & Digest
  • These exercises are traditionally used in trauma recovery, helping with PTSD – however as a community we have found they are one of the most effective tools on the market for stress recovery, they also improve sleep, decrease premenstrual tension and perimenopause & Menopause symptoms as well as a whole host of other benefits.

This workshop is capped at 15, so book as soon as you can, so that you don’t miss out.

Best to wear yoga pants or sports outfits, that are comfortable for exercise. Some people also like to bring blankets with them as well.  If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you – if not there will be yoga mats at the studio, that you can use.
