ADRENAL FATIGUE
Burnout
Stress

Did you know?

When we are stressed we produce the hormone Cortisol?

Prolonged stress causes havoc on our body, creating inflammation, dysregulating our immune system resulting in:

  1. Disease
  2. Poor health
  3. Persistent Pain

It’s really important we address any stressful issues in our lives.

We need to reset your Cortisol levels!

  • Women aged between 20 & 35 and women aged 55 and over are the most affected by Burnout
  • Adrenal fatigue or hypoadrenia is most often associated with severe or prolonged stress
  • Prolonged stress increases Cortisol around your body
  • When the Hypothalamus senses inflammation and oxidative stress,  it produces Orexin, other hormones and neurotransmitters, which can make us experience the symptoms described as “Adrenal Fatigue”
  • The public education arm of the Endocrine Society, representing 14,000 endocrinologists released a statement saying:

    • “Adrenal Fatigue is not a real medical condition. There are no scientific facts to support the theory that long-term mental, emotional or physical stress drains the adrenal glands and causes many common symptoms”
    • Studies on rats showed that the Adrenals don’t tend to get fatigued when stressed, they actually tend to grow in size
  • Whilst no one is denying the symptoms, the scientific community is saying the symptoms need to be called a different name

Can be mild, moderate or severe and can include the below.

  • Brain Fog
  • Poor concentration
  • Severe tiredness (fatigue) that isn’t relieved by sleep
  • Sleep problems
  • Feeling overwhelmed and on edge
  • Inflammation
  • Oversensitive
  • Headaches / Migraines
  • Craving sugar or salt
  • Thyroid or other hormonal imbalances
  • Weakened immune system
  • Belly Fat
  • Worse menopause symptoms
  • Irregular menstrual cycle
  • Increased Premenstrual Tension
  • Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
  • The experience of the TRE community is that the tremoring mechanism seems to have a very positive impact on people suffering with the above symptoms
  • This maybe due to the fact that the tremoring mechanism
    • Is known for reducing inflammation
    • Let’s the Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis know that you are safe
